- Providing the warranty booklet along with the production date label (attached to the device’s box) and the product registration tracking code is mandatory to receive warranty services. Any other documents, such as a sales invoice, will not be accepted.
- Devices that require installation and setup by the company will only be covered under warranty if they are installed and set up by the company’s staff or authorized representatives.
- All products of this company come with a user manual, which fully explains all the conditions. Therefore, to prevent any damage to the device and to learn about all its benefits, please read the manual thoroughly before use. For more information or to have the device set up by the company’s staff, please contact the company’s after-sales service.
- Registering the device on the website is mandatory. The company is unable to provide any services for devices that are not registered on the website.
